As a Client on CloserSpot, you are responsible for:a) Due Diligence: Conducting your due diligence on the Reps you wish to hire. CloserSpot does not perform background checks or verify the credentials of the Reps. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that the Reps meet your specific requirements and qualifications.b) Legal Documentation: Handling all legal paperwork, including but not limited to employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and any other necessary documentation related to hiring the Rep. CloserSpot does not participate in the legal aspects of the hiring process.c) Interaction with Reps: Interacting with the Reps, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements. CloserSpot only provides a platform for communication and is not involved in the negotiation process between Clients and Reps.2.2. Reps
As a Rep on CloserSpot, you are responsible for:a) Providing Accurate Information: Ensuring that all the information provided on your profile is accurate, up-to-date, and represents your skills and qualifications correctly.b) Professional Conduct: Maintaining professional behavior and delivering the services agreed upon with the Clients in a timely and satisfactory manner.c) Compliance with Laws: Abiding by all applicable laws and regulations while working with the Clients.3. CloserSpot's Role
CloserSpot's role is limited to providing a platform that facilitates connections between Clients and Reps. We do not participate in the actual hiring process, employment relationship, or the execution of services between the parties. We disclaim any liability for the actions, behavior, or performance of the Reps within the Client's organization.4. Content Ownership
4.1. Clients
Clients retain ownership of the job postings and other content they submit on the CloserSpot platform.4.2. Reps
Reps retain ownership of the content they provide on their profiles, such as their work history, skills, and portfolio items.5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following activities while using CloserSpot:a) Fraud: Providing false information, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or misrepresenting yourself.b) Unauthorized Use: Accessing or using another user's account without permission.c) Violations: Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.6.
